Women of Joy Ministries will be holding their 4th Annual Women's Retreat on March 9 - 10 at the Intercontinental Shanghai Expo (1188 Zueyue Road, Pudong). Entitled 'Taste & See', the event's guest speaker includes author Ellie Lofaro and Kathy Troccoli as its Accompanying Guest Worship Leader.

CNY PARTY FOR CHILDREN OF THE HEQING MIGRANT VILLAGE

The children of the HeQing Migrant Village had great fun at the Christmas party, thanks to all the donors!  We have pictures of the party on display.  Please stop by outside the church hall and take a look. 

The SHJ youth group will be hosting, for Caritas, the CNY party for these children on Sunday, Feb 5. Each child will receive a snack of steamed buns, oranges, rice cakes and a milk box costing about 3 RMB per child. 

If you are interested in providing one or more snacks for the children or help provide a driver on that day; or, if you are 12 or older and would like to help out at the party, please see one of the youth group members after Mass. 

CHAPLET OF THE DIVINE MERCY PRAYERS

There will be the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy prayers after Mass on Sundays. Please come to the front aisles after Mass.

CALLING ALL SINGERS & MUSICIANS

Bring music to the gathered! Ifyou a singing ability or can play an instrument, please step up and join our church choir.

ADULT USHERS REQUIRED

Help distribute missals, direct people during communion, and collect offerings during the offertory. These are just some of the services required of our ushers. If youare an adult, of cheerful disposition, and just generally very helpful, please reach out to us. Contact Jason or meet him near the main entrance door after mass.
